Are there minimum order amounts on the website?

There is currently no minimum order amount for us to process an order directly.

How does one see how much stock is available on the website?

Our team works hard to ensure products are always available and that out of stock items are replenished as quick as possible. Our website does state the availability of stock. When there is no stock of the item in our warehouse, you will not be able to order it and it will display “out of stock” until such time as it becomes available.

I stay abroad so can I order from another country?

We allow ordering of products on our store from any country worldwide, however, please note we can only deliver to addresses within the borders of the Republic of South Africa. Currently, we do not deliver to countries outside South Africa. This may change in the near future.

Will I know if my order was successfully placed?

All orders successfully placed on our website will be confirmed via email using the email address you used during registration or listed on your account. Orders are only deemed successful when payment has been successfully processed and received by our transaction partners, PayFast.

Is there someone I can contact if or when I need assistance with my order?

Of course there is. You can email your enquiries to online@pronutrition.co.za. Our team is here to assist you with any enquiries you may have and are available Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm, excluding weekends and Public Holidays. All queries sent during this time will be responded to on the next business day.

I have an item in my basket, can I remove it?

You certainly can. At the top right of the site is your basket, when hovering over the basket you will see some items displayed, simply click the cross to remove it. Alternatively you can view your cart and use the “x” or remove features to remove a product from your basket before completing your order. You can also increase or decrease quantities in the “view cart” page.


Are the prices advertised in South African Rand (ZAR)?

That is correct. Currently, all our pricing is advertised in South African Rand (ZAR) until we add alternative currencies.

Does your advertised prices include or exclude VAT?

As we are VAT registered, all our prices are inclusive of VAT. As we currently only deliver within the borders of South Africa, VAT is charged on all orders.

What Payment providers are used and what forms of payment do you accept?

We use Payfast for the processing of all online orders. PayFast accept credit/debit cards (MasterCard/Visa). PayFast accepts most local and international debit and credit cards and are processed using the latest secure encryption technology via their payment portal, which is compliant with all legislation. Amongst their payment options, you can pay by Credit/Debit card, Instant EFT, Bitcoin and other payment methods as they become available.

Are my payment details safe to use on the website?

We wouldn’t have it any other way and have taken every precaution possible to ensure your safety on our website. For this reason, we use PayFast for transaction provision as all payments are handled on their secure platforms. We do not store any sensitive payment details on our website. So you can be rest assured, all payments are safe with us!
